I think her ability is a bit weak,because antiquity sites appear too late and healing is not so important.
In my opinion her plantations (flowers) can provide science or culture bonus. And excavating an artifact can grant eureka or inspiration instead.

I can't see the Head icon in the upper right corner in the game, it is displayed as a "？" mark。
