Hey pens, each asset has a similar filename: Midatlantic_Victorian_## or Midatlantic_Edwardian_##. You can also find them using the each terms "home" "detached" or "Pittsburgh." Easiest way to find them is to type "Mida" in FindIt! Not as sure about Theme Manager or RICO though....

@dudemeister what are these buildings called in-game? I'm having a hard time finding them in both the Theme Manager and RICO.

Good to hear! As for the (admittedly annoying) lot size problems... I have it on good authority that the guy behind BIG parking lots and BIG american roads is working on another BIG project that may or may not have 2x4, 3x4, 4x4 growable lot sizes of these assets for a more suburban look : ) Hang tight!

FWIW all of your assets are loading and working fine for me. The originals (level 3), and the clones, are all appearing in my District Style and growing in the district.

The only limitation I have is that I have to restrict them all to their own district (which is OK because the detached row house neighborhood style is pretty unique). Because of their "overhang , I can't really mix them in with my larger Turn-of-the-Century Low-Res District Style. Your buildings on the 1x1 lots overlap each other, or overlap other 1x1 buildings, particularly on corners. I also have to remember to leave extra space behind the 1x2 lots.

They make a great looking inner ring suburban neighbourhoods though -- a perfect transition between Rowhouse / Townhouse inner city streets and suburban housing on the larger lots.

Hey Junior, I'm not sure what could be causing the issue here. The assets are all named according to the scheme "Midatlantic_Victorian_XX" with XX being the number of the house. Is nothing showing up by me at all in Loading Screen Mod?

Anybody else seeing this problem? Only thingI can think of is that the assets are actually level 3, and won't appear until the conditions are met there. I recommend "Find It!" ( https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=837734529&searchtext=find+it ) to search for the assets individually using the search terms "home" and/or "Pittsburgh"

Thanks for giving me a heads up! I will do some further investigation.

Same issue -- when using Building Themes per District, all three packs show up as Level 3. I'd clone them for Levels 1-3 anyway, so it doesn't matter to me either way. But you might want to update the description.

I'll double check it ASAP, IDK. I think I used the same template for all, but it may have been the wrong one!

Thanks everyone for the support!

Hi i'm having an issue where all your assets are showing up as level 3 even though you state these are level 1. I don't know if anyone else is having this issue or if this may be for some reason pertaining to another mod.

This looks great, a welcome sight! I have been looking for a while for houses in this style but could never quite place what exactly their style was. Thank you for your educating and informative description :)

Awesome work, I love your stuff. A part of me is little sad that there will only be one more pack of Pittsburgh based homes, since I've been enjoying these so much, but also looking forward to what's next. ...and, yay a Hulley house! I hope it was due to my suggestion, lol. They did come in some variety. In addition to the hipped roof dormer you've rendered on the third floor, they could also be had with a gabled dormer, shed dormer, or without the dormer at all, as it was an option.
