Select Environment ID: 1 in the mod options to force the weather variant for the maps that support it

I dont see this in my list of mods in game, its activated in pregame loadout. How do I find it?

Yes, each outdoor map currently has one new weather variant. I haven't tried using Weather + Halloween mutator together but it might work
