Finally found out how to change RPM : You change the RPM on any attachment that lets you do that by pressing the key you binded in the "Binds" section of the "ArcCw" part of the options tab of the spawnmenu.

I can see them in the Entities menu and even in the Blacklist menu but for some reason, they're not in the list of attachments in the customization menu.
