As quoted in the description according to show staff Katrina Hadley, Sunset is living on room & board. For everyone else we can only guess...

Sci-Twi definitely seems to have one of the higher housing budgets of the cast though, since she lives in a fancy little neighborhood manor with her own garage laboratory.

They're part of the props pack, which is not this addon. Also, are you aware how Gmod works.
