@nilepereiraa it is okay. I understand! Thank you for your response!

@Jeremiah if I remember correctly, someone did turn these into commercial zone assets instead of just buildings. I unfortunately do not have plans to do them myself since I barely play this game anymore. Hope you understand!

Sorry if I cannot do it since I get Mod errors when I create an Asset, but, I think this set of Market is good addition for Commercial Zone: Organic and Local Produce District category.

@Lordwarblade this pack was made before Steam implemented that change. Before, we were only warned that we needed to subscribed to the required items, but it seems that has changed. For the record, I haven't played this game in so long, which is why I was never notified about the issue. I will remove the Path Snapping mod requirement since that seems to have been superseded by other mods.

Also, the required items are there for a reason. Aside from Ability to Read and Path Snapping, these are just tiny parks that use detailed props which are in the required items. You can safely unsubscribe Ability to Read and Path Snapping, but without the required props, you will be left with blank plots.

So subscribing to this automatically pulls every Required Item in with it whether I want it or not? How the heck does that happen automatically and without a warning that it can even do that??

I never knew that was possible. It is not stated anywhere here that such a thing can be done.

It even sucked in Ability to Read, and Path Snapping!! I was hoping to use a carefully selected few of these to just use the less horrendously tri-beserk bits that I already chose to use before. Seriously considering scrapping the whole @#@!$@$ing lot now as I don't know which bits I was using and which I wasn't.

I hate surprises. And Birthdays. And Christmas.

@Erke try highlighting all of the props and then clicking the reset objects button in the move it panel. Worked for me :D @nilepereiraa

I don't have prop painter.
This happens when importing from moveit.
But I notice that there are ready-made versions when searching via Find it, and no problem placing them. They look normal. Anyways. Ty for everything.

If they turn black, it's possible it has something to do with your prop painter settings. I'm not exactly sure how to fix that because I don't use prop painter, but try painting all of them white. If that doesn't work, I'm not really sure what to do. They worked fine for me the last time I used them (which was while I was testing them before release)

I was considering myself as a detailer as well, but haaving re-arrange each stall is a bit insane even for me... I mean I WOULD do but with all that clutter it becomes almost impossible to select the one you want...

By the way, when I select an import, everything looks normal as it should until I put them down/place/plop ... Once they're plopped everything turns black...

I also have the "small fish market (for Sunset Harbor DLC)" by macluk and when I place those they all look normal.

Any idea what could be the issue? Should I change some graphic settings in certain way?
nilepereiraa  [ophavsmand] 22. maj 2022 kl. 0:15
@Erke sure, then lose the ability to customize each stall even further ;)

By "bake" into singular assets, do you mean having them as just ploppable buildings? No, it won't be easier on performance. The included ploppable buildings are still using the individual props put together. If you want to really save on performance, you'd have to combine the meshes and textures in another program and then import them as a new asset, something I am not willing to do because I would like to focus on making new and better assets.
Erke 21. maj 2022 kl. 10:09
Doesn't having these as MoveItExports (seperate movable objects in game) makes them even more heavier on performance? Isn't it better and easier on performance, to bake them into singular assets?

@Geze I am wondering if you are still around making assets for cities skylines. I would love to commission you if possible? Absolutely stunning work and detail on all of your assets

This is about to save me HOURS of work. THANK YOU!!

i just plopped one of these - regardless them being in park category it's not a park at all - just a prop that does have no stats, nothing, can't even click on it. That's why I asked.
And thanks for that stunningly quick reply :)
nilepereiraa  [ophavsmand] 26. jan. 2021 kl. 5:17
@macluk these are all park buildings that contain the market props assembled into stalls. I forgot what stats I don't actually play the game, and these were intended to be purely decorational.
macluk 26. jan. 2021 kl. 5:14
Are there any park or even either RICO or a growable commercial/leisure versions of these assets?
These seem to be props only, although they are absolutely nice assemblies of Geze's props.
Egoist 28. juni 2020 kl. 7:56
i find it is very difficult to place the market prop , they are too small, thx for the assets
