Gorgeous functionality but unsubscribed because I never play the game with it installed, I just detail crossings... :( Still thumbed up, though!

Generally the mono issue only effects things while saving, not loading, however, the transition can sometimes break previous saved mods causing loading issues. Check your save file and if the the save is a .ccs instead of .crp, then it's a broken save.

Switching to Legacy runtime 1.0 *should* also correct that, but I haven't tested if it fixes broken saves from Scout

@Kacemaster If your using Linux (or Mac) and the issue is when you are trying to save, the problem is with Steam's runtime and the mono application.

You need to use the Legacy runtime 1.0 that contains the old Mono decencies. The Scout runtime (default) uses only the newest mono and several mods are compatible with that.

However, if it's crashing while loading, thats a different issue.

You have mono installed? Is steam running as Native or Runtime? You can run Steam in a terminal to see what it launches as. Try running the opposite. steam-runtime or steam-native.

I'm getting the same problem as @Route66Fan, the game crashes on save load with the mod installed, but loads saves fine when IMT is not installed. I'm running the game on Bazzite Linux.

UPDATE: People's and my attempt to report the false mod that rendered this mod outdated has been successfully reported and deleted, and thus this mod is ready and up to date for use again, Skyve no longer give errors to replace this mod with said mod. Congratulations and thank you to anyone that reported the now deleted false mod that interrupted the date validity of the intersection marking tool. Thank you.

When I enable the IMT tool, my game crashes when loading a city.

When I disable the IMT mod, my game doesn't crash when loading a city.

Could there be another mod conflicting with the IMT mod?

I am running CS1 on CachyOS Linux.

Thanks patrioticparadox. I’ve tried that but it won’t let me attach lines to just any other point and especially to the corresponding point on the other side. It gets even weirder if I try to use the baby points to make a filler.

Split points ar for attaching two separate lines to the same point and being able to control the distance between them. Say you have two yellow lines coming together from an area you have marked with slashes or chevrons. Using the split points you can line each of those yellow lines up with the double yellows of the road leaving the intersection instead of having them terminate in exactly the same spot. Without split points you'd have a weird transition between your Chevron area and the double yellows leaving the intersection.

Most addicting mod. I can’t figure out how the “split points” works or even what are they for. I looked everywhere online and couldn’t find anything. Also, the “Additional” feature hasn’t work for me in ages. I unsubscribe an re subscribe from all my mods every week to keep up to date. Can anyone help please? Thanks.

It's not just you that's experienced it but I've never seen it personally so my input is limited. The first thing that springs to mind is: are they vanilla roads? Are any of the roads connected to the intersection mods?

Question: I've been playing a while now but now but this particular city is pretty big and I am having an issue that I thought I might find here but can't seem to find it. Markings work great but when I load my saved game, some intersections that should already have the markings seem to disappear, usually the highway markings. When I select the node using the Node Controller mod, the markings automatically appear when clicked. I'm inclined to think its just me or a rendering issue, but any suggestions anyone has is much appreciated. Love this Mod regardless!

Intersection Marking Tool keeps causing my game to crash when loading a city.

Keep in mind also, which I will share now, that I flagged that false mod that conflicted with this mod.

So if you have no errors in Skyve, then my report actually worked and that false mod doesn't exist no more, which is good, But the last thing you should do is assuming someone isn't using Skyve because you lacked his experience with Skyve when this new mod occurred, and Skyve started complaining about that specific false mod, which was meant to replace this mod somehow, and a good chunk of other good mods.

But all it did was showing an error in Skyve itself, because the creator of that mod did not had any description to said mod.

And I don't want my Skyve to have red and yellow bars!

Your assumption of me not coming from the source which is the Skyve Mod Manager, that's some real stupid skulduggery from you, which I absolutely don't want to deal with.

Dude I use Skyve it is literally Skyve that tells me this, hell I would even prove it to you if this comment section had an option to drop pictures without using external links.

I have the same problem as Unkn0wn3ntity, With me it started happening after the 1.19.2-f3 update in March but in the bug reports discussion I can see many reports well before that. It's not with every node marking but only with markings on certain parts of the map. Skyve doesn't mention any particular incompatibility regarding intersection marking tool.

The easiest way is to use the Unified UI mod which can group a variety of tools together for easy access. Otherwise, I believe the button is in the bottom left of the screen.

Your game shows that the mod was compiled against a previous version of the game, not that it needs to be updated. The game no longer receives code updates so, despite the game version being incremented, no update to the mod is required for it to function properly. This is a known working mod. Any users having issues with their game/mods have something wrong on their end. As it could be a variety of causes, and because an abysmally small number of users provide sufficient detail, it is nigh impossible to help troubleshoot their issue.

This mod works.

My game also shows that it is outdated and needs to be updated. However, if other players are only experiencing the issue of the UI not displaying, it's very likely that you haven't subscribed to the mod UnifiedUI (UUI) 2.2. After subscribing, I can use it normally, but as a new player, I'm not sure if there are any issues with the specific usage. I just saw some players' comments saying they can't see the UI, so I wanted to share this method (ps: This method can also solve the issue of the Network Multitool UI interface not displaying)

If you exit the game and still have stuff on your screen then you have a bigger problem than any of the mods would cause. However, it's very difficult to understand what actually is happening due to the way your post is structured. Follow the instructions in the Support section above and try to post a clear and concise description of exactly what is happening.

Ik many people got the out of date notification (& I didn't think much of it), but something extremely strange happen when I loaded my save games _ which hasn't had any problem until I returned today -. I have no idea if it was because of this mod but for some reason my screen started glitching & like freezing the lumina proceed notification as soon as the game loaded. & as I logged of the game like for some minutes that frozen lumina thing sticked until it slowly faded. I tried it on a new map, uninstalling & reinstalling the game, checking skyve if there were mods that had a problem (but everything said normal or not even caution) but just i case I unsubscribed some mods. but its been the same result. & this doesn't happen in other games... Anyone got the same problem? or is it just a computer problem or glitch, idk yall?

update the mod to the newest version, otherwise the correct working pf the mod is not guaranteed and can lead unpredictable error

Great mod but needs an update for the latest game version. It seems to work fine, at least in new saves, so just bumping the last supported game version should suffice. If the developer cannot be bothered maybe there's some way that we users can change it on our own? A configuration file or something.

No, it is something on your end. The game update did not change any code, it simply added assets. So the mods work exactly the way they did before the update. The most common causes:
• You are running an old mod that uses an outdated patching method. This can cause other mods to fail which makes it seem like it's that other mod's fault when it isn't. Use Skyve to check for mod status and compatibility.

• You have encountered the Steam Workshop bug where Steam deletes mod files even though you're still subbed. You can try unsub/resub or manually check the mod folders (../steam/steamapps/workshop/GAMEID/MODID)

You also have not provided any information for why it isn't loading. Have you checked the game log? Have you checked mod logs? Have you turned on detailed logging for mods and then checked logs? So, even in the exceedingly rare case that you have actually encountered a previously unknown bug in IMT's code, no one can do anything about it.

Help me help you.

No patrioticparadox, it does need an update. It worked fine until last patch. Now it crashes the game loading a save. After disabling IMT specifically they load fine. Nothing on my end.
