Yeah that's this game's way to tell you that the translation didn't work. If you haven't solved it yet send me your mod, dropbox or whatever. I can take a look.

Did you rename the "English" folder in the template to your language? Um, "SpanishLatin (Español(Latinoamérica))"? Must be exactly same with RimWorld's language option.
