Which building?
I'll note it to check once I have time modding again, but compatibility problems are really weird. Basically I do not replace anything, but add fields, each one with a unic name. There is no way it can be a colission.
Anyway, last time I played Grom DLC was still not released, so perhaps they broke something at CA. Let me check.
In any case, i'll assume that the problem is only related to the text field.
Or is it just the description and the bonus is applied anyway?

There is neither a reason why things be overrided. Both mods add content but do not replace nothing. Basically, bod mods do "To builiding A, add feature B". Nothing is deleted.
They do not override eachother. I use both.
