please fix footstep sounds

@The Big Cheese I just fixed it. You need to decompile the .gma addon, delete "step" and "jump" records in lua file, save and then compile it back or just drop it in addons folder (and unsub / turn off the original mod).

No idea why there are these records with empty file paths. Maybe some kind of placeholder for future update I dunno.

fyi, found a quote that seems to be not working "Failed to load sound "vo\scales\zpeyfollowme03.wav", file probably missing from disk/repository"
