We need to have an update to this mod.

To everyone who is having trouble getting this mod work, it is because of The Last Stand update. The update changed the L4D1 CI to look like the original ones from the first game. Therefore it is overruling any other mod that replaces CI because every CI mod BEFORE The Last Stand replaces the L4D2 CI. It doesn't work.... only sound does, the models don't.
And the only mods i have activated are left 4 mario map, playermodels for l4d2 survivors (mario ellis, luigi nick, waluigi coach and peach rochelle) and this mod. :(

for some reason this doesn't work with any witch mods.

you should make a second addon based off of this one that includes more enemies like maybe Shy Guys, Skeleton Koopas, Spikeys (the guys who spit out spiked balls and throw them at you), etc... that'd be pretty cool

Not sure why, but this didn't work for me on Mac. The sounds came in fine - but the Models did not

I was merely making an observation based on experiance, I can't code shit so I don't have any tips. But all I'm saying is if the goombas weren't there I would resub.

I don't have better programming skills on L4D2.

I did, so, if you read my comment you might understand that I had downloaded it before. But, since the goomba's hit box is still the zombie's hitbox, it's difficult to fight them. So before you assume, try to use some basic context clues skills.

Read the description ABOVE before downloading.

If only it was just the koopas, because trying to get my brain to think that shooting the thin air above the goombas is what needs to be done isn't quite working. The Koopas are fine, I just think this mod would be better if it was just Koopa Troopers

Ahh that's alright. I just verified my game cache and it came up a file was missing, probably caused by a previous mod and it reaquired it.

Problem solved.

It's a survivor model problem. I get errors sometimes.

Nvm i got it to work

Doesn't work at all. The game finishes loading and then i get a message saying: Engine Error: 5/ survivor bot: UTIL_setmodel: not preached: models/survivors/survivor_teenangst.mdl

Would have been funny but it's not the end of the world.
