dont remember why i stoped it early but you should try it with just the base modset for those 2 and see if it works. you will of cource not have any of the modifications done to the Legendary lords traits and quest heroes to fuse the 2 but since Ultimate Chaos modifies the chaos warrior template since the chaos invasion armys away from the wastes also have the god specific units it should work with the cabal faction which is a chaos sub-faction.
all in all i can only say, try without a combability mod and decide if its a playable state for you.
-Fix attrition to flamers of tzeentch
-Fix unit card to new malofex
-The old malofex is hidden in recruitment pool and block in replace general
-new Malofex with skills of ultimate chaos and more stats with innate trait better
-new unit the flamers of tzeentch fast monster missile unit available in the second build of tzeentch
Issues:
-The new malofex doesn't have yet portrait then in campaign it's some weird but in battle is good
-No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't alter Malofex's skill tree, so I had to create a new one, but I couldn't make it so that the old Malofex couldn't be recruited, so when completing the mission, you have the new Malofex in the legendary recruitment pool and the old malofex in the lords of change recruitment pool
Egrim and Aekold increase upkeep and multiplayer cost and have the ward save and magic ward save of tzeentch sorcerer lord and tzeentch lord
add contact phase banish too

Malofex is kind of an endgame unlock for the Cabal and his unique ability describes him as an "ancient" Lord of Change, so giving him the abilities of an Exalted Lord of Change over just a regular one would be fitting imo
One other small thing, the Cabal get a unique Lord of Change named Malofex the Storm Chaser
I'm not entirely certain how you get him in campaign, I think it has something to do with raising the right settlement, but he does appear in custom battle at least
Would it be possible to give him the Lord of Change abilities that Ultimate Chaos Lords of Change get?
