Also in other news I've got an old project from back in 2022 to working order and you'll probably see a new advisor coming out very soon.
Can't wait to hear/see the new ones if that chance may yet come :D
If not, I'll look into it.
Maybe when I'm done recovering from covid, I will assemble the team and start making more advisor mods.
Even when I play as my Matriarchal Fanatic Spiritualist Empire, I use him, as he is deemed the only male worthy to not be euthanized in the name of the Supreme Matriarch.
The problem being: one would have to be very dedicated to maintain such advisors.
An average standard advisor has about 90 lines, give or take.
If one decides to add new tutorial-related lines, the number goes to roughly 300 lines.
Would take a lot of scriptwriting, recording, editing and scripting to get such a thing to work.
Not to mention you'd have to maintain it on a regular basis, updating it everytime PDX adds new mechanics to the game.
It should still be compatible with 3.0 as other advisor mods reports no changes other than version numbers.
Small little update: While there's no way of recovering the descriptor file (that i know of), i've recovered all of the actual voicelines, so worst case scenario, i'll make a new upload for this mod if needed.
There should also be a new advisor coming out soon, sometime between April or May, depending on the looks of things but we've got 80% of the work finished.
