@Rafcion Idk how to answer your question. Did you just skip the description part & images above and came straight to the comment section? How did get the idea that this could be decals! Decals dont float in the air.

Nice idea. I'll try these out. I just released parking garage roads. maybe these could be a better way to add the parking spots. This looks much easier than what I came up with.
