You have to add it to the CfgMusic class in your Description.ext
And i also think you need to save and reload the mission in eden.

The music module can only run at mission start. For now you can in the trigger, add the code: ["Create",["myMusicClassName"0]] call Alk_Sounds_fnc_music; And change to the music you want to use.
I'm trying to tie the music module to a trigger, but it doesn't care and plays at the start of the mission. Can you help?

You have to be more specific. Like 3den enhanced tools showing up in eden 2.0 user interface?
You have t be more specific on what part, eden 2.0 contains different stuff.
If you use Flowgraphs eden 2.0, should exist on both client and server.
But if you just want to use the UI or tools, then client is enough.
