If you are having promblems with missing textures because you only read the description page and didn't watch the installation video. You have to unzip the content of the data1 file into your data folder. I have no idea why the description says you have to unzip it into the main folder, but that wont work. Also back up you movies.pack file before you do this.

Guys the mod still works fine.

Use the second google drive link then just drag everything into the data folder of Attila (the VariantMeshes folder as well).

Make sure to backup your movie.pack if you ever want to remove this mod.

The mod is good, the only thing I don't like is that when you switch to another era or upgrade generals to t2 t3, their image on the global map and in battles does not change as well. is it possible to make them immediately T3?

@marek.harmady Thanks for your work, the 1212AD mod really needed other lords/generals models because the ones used were sometimes stupid but I occured a problem. Wallachian leader has no legs, Scottish King has no actual body and Empire of Trezibond ruler has no face - all of the mare T-posing and all those issues i occured using your mod. It might be caused by outdated scripts or whatever models are overwriting the mod, I have the mod on top of my modlist in the CA launcher, any guesses or fixes for it?

Hey again! I have another question for you. I decided to try to edit the mod myself by copy-pasting the character models of the Norwegian generals (which have horned helmets) and recoloring them to Teutonic Order colors to replace the Teutonic Order generals. I've downloaded the Assembly Kit, Pack File Manager, and Photoshop, but aren't sure how to continue. I've looked at a bunch of videos by Mangar on Youtube for Assembly Kit tutorials, but I don't know how to edit the variant meshes of MK 1212, just the base game. Could you give me advice on how I can do this? Thank you so much for your help in advance!

Hello! I'm absolutely loving the mod--great work! I have a question about plans for a possible generals reskin for the Teutonic Order. Right now all of the generals on the campaign map (except the grandmaster) are skinned as generic knights with no differentiation and I'm wondering if you could make them unique like some of the other factions. In particular, I love the way the Norway generals look and I think a transplant of those models (in Teutonic colors) would do wonders for increasing immersion. Also, would cycling the original 1212 grandmaster skin back into the general pool be possible? Thanks in advance for your help and keep up the good work!
