yes it changes names of regions, so any non-english games will simply have no texts at all
i had to take my full french text file and add every lines the mod added (sorting the line and comparing the 2 texts helped me, but it was a bit long to analyse and doing it properly)
So this mod is changing anything text wise? I thought since it's just changing the map and positions, I won't have to expect missing text, because I wanted to play my german version.

I saw another mod with the same proposal where it highlighted the following features:
4. Changed cultures of some factions (e.g. Bithynia is now thracian, Bastarnae are dacians, etc).
5. Rebalance of the starting relationships between some factions (e.g Nabatea should fight for the Arabic world and stop attacking the Seleucids).
7. Arabic military group got some units from Nabatea and Saba (units with neutral names).
8. Axum can recruit Kush units.
9. All numidian factions can recruit the units similar to Masaesyli.
10. There's also a food bonus for the AI to avoid its death of starvation and to make it more dangerous and active on the campaign map.
Is there anything above kept in this mod as well?

i really would like to add the Qin (chinese) faction into this mod GC on IA campaign

Because of how the map is set up in the creation kit, I cannot easily do that. I set it up from the start with the goal of this mod not affecting the other campaigns in any way. If I set it up the way you are suggesting, the Grand Campaign would have to share localizations with either IA or ED. If I wanted to change the ones for the GC, IA or ED would have to change as well.
can you make a version without the renaming ?
