In photo 4, what are the houses to the right with the brick base and white tops?

Does this one have any models based on 215 South 9th Street, known as The Oakland apartments? That structure was the first modern apartment in the city and still survives, surrounded by sad parking lots.

Similar to the apartment I lived in for a couple of years in South Minneapolis.

this is not the correct recent form ..they will usually be on fire based on a drug addict

This is great. Very versatile. Similar type of small brick apartments made it all the way to the West Coast in the 1920s.

Reminds me of the buildings near Dinkytown and also found in Loring park, etc. Great job!

Love the evolving storyline in the descriptions. These little guys fill a vacancy of the most inexplicable nature our workshop: that of the small historic North American apartment. Good timing on this one, just moved into one here!!

@Flameducky, yep. Most of my Minneapolis stuff has roughly the same type of comments.

did you set the fire spawn rate to the appropriate 10/10? i want to place this in the part of my city that I keep a fire risk for economic purposes

Beyond perfect for the small US town I'm building. Thanks so much for sharing this beautiful, high quality asset.

Unrealistic - it's not a smoldering ruin.

Those textures are amazing and that porch looks so good. Can't wait to use this.
