I JUST WANT TO SAY HOW THE VJ BASE HAS BEEN UPDATED AND I MEAN THAT WHEN THE VJ BASE WAS UPDATED, THE GANGSTER SHOTGUN MODEL OR (SAGangPumpShotGun) ALREADY APPEARED THE ERROR MODEL WHEN USED BY AN NPC OR SPAWN WITH THE TOOLGUN

This is awesome, def one of my favorite GMOD addons. You should add the clown pedestrians as a gang.

I've rebalanced the weapon stats and NPC Healths more suitable with the actual GTA SA Style.

is it possible to set thier damage lower or give them a lower accuracy? they are unbalanced compared to other npcs and it would also make them more game accurate

Looks like the addon isn't downloaded properly. You might have to wait for a while until it's downloaded since it has a large size.

I want variety in their idle animations, the ones in the images are like 4 anims and they move their hands with these but gangs had more in GTA SA like hold beer in hand or smoking joints.

Perfect SNPCs, hard to find non-buggy ones on the workshop. The only thing that could make it better would be playermodels, but that's a lot of work to my understanding.
