Great Set! Immediately cloak on backstab would be a real nuisance for chainstabs, so i think it would be an annoying weapon... but it is a good idea.

@no longer in use I like the idea of silent kill and cloak on kill. maybe their could be a seperate meter that counts how many kills you get. And when it is full (up to eight backstabs )you can be truely invisible meaning that you won't be noticed by touch or be set on fire for eight seconds.

Gorunchun and Evil Thingy, both of your stats/ideas are extremely overpowered, and -5% of any rate wouldn't make anyone notice any sort of difference. -50% on the other hand, then it might actually make valve consider it

I would say immediatly cloak after backstabbing

I say this:
On hit, Rapidly increase speed by 5%
On backstab, adds 5% Cloak
Capture rating after backstab +50%
Takes 5% fire Damage
Forced Cloak after kill.

Being the master of magic might be fun. But knowing how to be a show sapper is hard.

Upon backstab it should make a confetti or maybe smoke appear which makes him instantaneous cloak but it also tell enemies there might be a spy nearby.

What if upon sucsessfull back stab it provides instantaneous cloak and +10% move speed?
-5% base speed along with -5% sapping rate,
