Please keep working on this mod. I love Cell and he looks great. He just needs some size and a little bit of tweaking. He's currently just too small.

Great char the only thing i would change is making the aerials have a longer lasting hitbox

i feel like you should work with his hitboxes for his dash attack also i would add cell jr as one of his palletes and maybe golden cell as a pallete
