For some odd reaon I cannot get this map to work anymore. Even on new games, everything is great except the simulation wont run and the cars are missing from the highway

Best map on the workshop

Bro thats a shopping list of dependencies! I would love to try the map but the dependencies and sheer volume of trees puts most people off. I play with tree snapping so this is immediately off the list for me :/

@GR4VY Thanks man!

beautiful map, but way too many dependencies for the average player.

No shit? That is amazing, I grew up in Louisiana, and when I first visited here before I moved here, I tried to make a CS map of SW Oregon but couldnt get it down. You've got skill man

@GR4VY Awesome, I actually got the idea from a fishing trip to gold beach that I took with my dad

I live in Gold Beach, Oregon (SW Oregon Coast) and this resembles my area really well. Good job.

@crotalidae75 map was made on a gaming laptop with an i5 3500k and a Nvidia 965m. If my computer can handle it, surely yours can too.

This map is beautiful, but the tree count is excessive and caused my game to slow to a crawl, and then freeze. My system is no slouch either, I'm running a Ryzen 7 2700X with a 1080 Ti, but it still broke the game. Most likely there are far too many trees for the game to handle easily. They need to be thinned out.

@radwilly1 I bulldozed one of the riverbeds coming down from the mountain, and any save after that is completely corrupted.

@GerthQuake Totally sorry, what exactly happened? Did you get an error report?
GerthQuake 31 Oct, 2020 @ 9:28am
This map is the only map i've ever had a city save-file get corrupted on.... Beware.

Ah.. Home. Well sort of... I live in Northern California, but it is still technically the Tolowa coast. The public highschool here actually has Tolowa, and Yurok language classes.

can you do a vanilla version?
giantflamingo_ 27 Sep, 2020 @ 11:06pm
It would be good if the start tile wasn't so flat.
