you can create an enchanting ring of your own very easily through console commands. Look up Elder Scrolls Wiki Skyrim, console commands. It will tell you how. You just need the code for the ring as well, and it gives you the code for the enchant.

it depends on the load order, whatever mod it lower in the load order with override any other mods that are above it that change the same settings

i also added a feature that one you reach level 100 in enchanting if you get the EXTRA EFFECT perk at level 100 you can enchant an item with 4 enchantments instead of 2

I already have a mod that increase the number of enchantement at level 100 enchantement. would it work ?

lmao Nano well I didnt make this mod with a serial killer in skyrim in mind im not sure why you would kill them both but get to there merchant chest using the TL console command and it will be in there
