Man this is so cool, When i was playing with this addon first time, i was just cosplaying Vortigaunt (Even when i used the 10 seconds of unlimited Vort Energy i was trying to copy the Vortigaunt attack animation from Half-Life 2)

Sometimes I can't proceed through the tutorial that comes with the mod, so I'd like to have a button in the settings that allows me to forcefully end the tutorial.

на мой взгляд, мод больше для веселья, чем для вдумчивого прохождения. Поэтому лично мне было бы интереснее перезаряжать перчатки быстрее и попроще. но это лично мне. Ну а в целом мод действительно заслуживает внимания и потраченного времени.

i think it would be a bit better if instead of saying hands facing up, it said knuckles facing up because i was a bit confused. still good mod

In oculus quest 2 I can do the 1st and the 2nd mode (hands must be in another position, not like int the tutorial) but I dont' know how to do the destruction beam.

can you make version of this addon but loading energy is faster cuz i just want to have some fun and not wait

literally smashing my index controllers together and it rarely seems to register as fist bumping... could the control be changed to just having palms/fists face eachother or something?

Honestly this is pointless... unless you like telekinesis and throwing things. You cant damage enemies either!

For those having trouble getting the Vort energy to activate. I'm using a Valve Index with knuckle controllers and I had to make fists and spin my fists over each other as if I'm applying a wrist wrap.

So, if knuckle bumping won't work, try rolling your fists like your bandaging your knuckles.

Addon works good. It was hard to understand with descibtion in game, only looking at video I understood how it works. But I really don't understand why I have to hold hands up to charge (why not in front or just press button to get charged) , and why I have only 10 seconds to shot (can I setting this up as I need?), and why only works with both hand (I can't charge only 1 hand, for example - left had for charged, right - for guns..) just little work for perfection? I mean thus just to let you know, that it's good anyway, but can be little better =)

Bit late to mention I'm sure but, I've noticed a small visual bug with the text that pops up for the tutorial if you happen to save and load while it's visible, or at least when it's saying "You've got it covered". It seems to end up stuck in this scenario where it doesn't go away like it should. Doesn't really affect anything, but it is just a small bit.. distracting, playing through a whole map with big text floating over the left hand because of saving/loading.

Sadly, with my bugged controllers, I can release my thumb for the lazer beam pose. The one where you put your right hand over you left and point it like a finger gun.

The Mod is great but for me sometimes when it loads into a new level it gives a blue screen of death

It's not working with my controllers either (perhaps because I can't close the thumb with them as in the video tutorial)

Just played a few rounds using this mod and an Oculus Quest 2. Very, very fun! Thank you! You just clench your fists up in front of you, have your fists face one another, and then zap away

With Index controllers, I can reliably, meaning with zombie approaching, charge the hands and then, instead of trying to knock knuckles, I turn my right hand 180 degrees, palm facing the palm of the left hand and make like I'm trying to clasp fingers like the fat lady singing opera. That gives me the power to throw green lightning.

what he said \l/ it is impossible to trigger the lightning beam with my rift s controllers please work on this mod some more to help others and a side suggestion make the grenades last longer or give us the ability to change settings in a cfg file
