i can't really tell a lot about layout , cause that is my weak spot , but in terms of visuals , this is map is pretty good to be official ,but just in certain places , overall map is pretty cheap on details and custom props, ofc i can't judge you , since i ain't done any official map yet , just saying my opinion , which you can listen to or just disagree.
