it gives Egypt a +2 production bonus on floodplains.
Right now, I edited out the food bonus from your mod, and I am running it with the other mod. The mods seem compatible (additive).
If you disable all official content, except for gathering storm and rise and fall, farms on floodplains gain +2 food, and farms NOT on floodplains gain +1 food. (So, what this mod tries to do.)
Something in official DLC content is flipping the floodplain farm bonus over to non-floodplains.
(The other parts of this mod work fine, regardless of DLC.)
