The answer for "why would u make it for npcs?" is, I think because NPCs don't have that many melee weapons.

I recently updated it, the animations stopped playing crookedly. But, the player's animation movements are only played forward so far. I would like to find another way to animate NPCs on Valve bones, but I haven't found another way yet.
