Thanks! I intended to make sure this project is completely open for all to use and modify. I'm glad it is making it easy for you to add music to your experiance.
If there are any other issues popping up that I am missing. PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
Thanks and enjoy!
If you are seeing an error relating to explosions or missile detection not found. I have found it and corrected the issue. Apologies for the year wait for the fix. No one brought it to my attention till I found it the other day.
Enjoy!
5 seconds between combat tracks
Server Key issue is resolved I hope. Had compressed the audio down past two GBs to allow a server key to work. 2 gb limit was the issue before, but not sure how it had a key signed to it anyway. No quality from the first upload was lost, but was able to make everything work now.
Got a HUD toggle now in the action menu. give it a shot! HUD is off by default on game start.
Probably won't be doing any more complicated updates to this mod for a long time. We will see when infinite releases.
I'd recommend joining in the discord for any form of communication regarding future mod related items.U can also find a mod template there as well for you to use.
Have fun and stay safe everyone.
its been a few months.
The mod in its current state is searching through the entire song library every second rebuilding arrays which is happening every time the script was checking conditions. this would cause long delays with switching songs when FPS was so low.
Another thing with FPS. I've corrected this issue. Since it was regenerating arrays, every second, it would bog the fps down further than it should. since it isn't rebuilding arrays multiple times a second. it give back frames to give a more playable experience.
One other update, I will be adding in another action menu toggle to turn on and off the debug box which displays current track and condition information. hopefully if someone comes across a broken track. it can be reported and I can fix it.
Expect an update soon. Might be today or later this week, assuming I can figure out how to redo the server key cause I think it was screwed up but one person brought it up.
Join me in this journey.
