I have rewrote the jobs to all conform to the new system so should work now. In my testing I was able to get all my worker jobs filled however I have had this problem before. Generally restarting has fixed it rather than it being a constant issue but do feel free to tell me if something isnt working I can check and see if I messed up still lol

Update? The jobs are currently broken. Most worker tier jobs will not be filled, no matter what.

The Dev's have made changes in 3.2 to their coding of the game might want to check in on

Updated to the current patch. I have tested what I believe should cause issues but I have not had time to fully test. all vanilla files that are overwritten should be up to date so problems shouldnt cause major issues. feel free to tell me if anything does go wrong of course though I am not perfect

if you use species diversity you will need the patch for certain traits to give their affects to my civics. For example the trade value boost from the pearls trait is something I have to manually put in. I have not looked into recent changes (if any) in species diversity so I have not updated the patch yet.

My mistake I had copy pasted my code wrong causing me to remove the tech jobs weights. This should be fixed now however if you still experience the issue remove the mod and then redownload it. If you find any other issues feel free to tell me im not exactly the best modder ever

So I was having an issue with my technician jobs not being filled, after narrowing it down to your mod and testing it alone I can confirm for some reason that technician jobs can't be filled when your mod is active.

The for sure might require debuffs but I have not had time to really sit down and play through fully with them. I made sure the ai wont select them so you shouldnt have an accidental ai mega power though. Mainly made this for personal like empire rp rather than being for a meta gaming build.

aerial traditions, labour unions and multiculturalism need either smaller buffs or larger debuffs/some debuffs at all imo

I figured out how to add starting tech to the civics so you now start with strike craft with the two civics

No worries. Glad to hear we're on the same wavelength. To be honest, I'm not sure if you can attach a tech to a civic like that. I know you can with origins.. even attaching traditions.. so I figure it should be possible.

Very cool. Only suggestion is to led the Aerial Combat Traditions (my favorite) to give the strike craft tech at start.
