Take a look at the mod called "Hunter Variety Pack". It adds even more.

Will sv_consistency 0 also avoid the issue of other people trying to join your server being met with an empty loading bar that never fills because it's trying to download the different special infected model?

I remember that being an issue years past where having any special infected model-changing mod basically prevented anyone from joining your local server because it forced them to attempt to download it but wasn't able to.

you can always add sv_consistency to your launch options as well
