Im currently doing it too it seems most anims have one frozen frame after the starting frame.
and SOME of them have a final frame thats frozen too thats the general pattern.
Oh and as a little Nit pick. You should probably put LOOP under the idle walk and run anims like with the regular npc's under the CQ File but.
Otherwise Its Great that your willing todo this.
If you do it your a very awesome guy and i won't ever dare think your lazy again.
I will warn you this is a problem with most of your animation mods.
I think i fully fixed the MW2 custom anims pack myself.
i might not have done it perfectly tho but you can have the file if you want.
i used your reznov video in one of my masterpieces and trying to mask over the frame skipping with clever camera work was AWFULL but i did fix it myself.
in blender i noticed that the first proceeding frame as well as the last frame are essentially frozen.
its a huge problem that makes them unusable.
Right now im trying to manually fix each of them for the TF2 custom animations pack you made.
either i fix them for you.
or you fix them yourself when you have time.
either way if we could unf*ck these animations to be actually usable it would be great.
theres other issues offcourse like the weapons not fitting properly into the hands of the characters.
but that i can easily fix for my purposes it pales in comparison.
Thank you For responding bye the way.
i get your pretty busy.
but despite these problems ive been able to use your anims to Great effect in my video's
So thank you..
I just didn't notice that.
so i have to crack open the files and fix it myself.
how did that happen?
at this point i don't even care anymore to ask you to fix it.
i just want to know how the heck you did it.
In this case, it's up to who compiled the ragdoll to add the proper line in order to make it compatible with the addon in question
Also, not all the models are supported but not because of the addon itself, but because of the models (like: some enhanced models need a specific line, in order to get specific animations...)
Also, this just gives you additional animations (and show the animations, in case you want to see the same animations in action)...so, you should just use the default ragdolls
2. with the bare minimum of mods, (this one, easy animation, and animated props,) this still persists
all i had to do was to disable the open fortress addon which replaces the original tf2 models for some reason
