Added compatibility with Shiremct's [WOTC] Proficiency Class Plugin: Skirmisher

Considering I'm not entirely sure how Proficiency classes work with a pistol slot, I'm sure this is a good backup for compatibility's sake (looking at you Marines), therefore much appreciate the mod!
