Also, changing is_designable = no to yes in colonizer, constructor, etc. allows you to change their components in fleet's design menu (they are visible there (useful when you are using mods adding new armour, power core, etc, and game doesn't see them as an upgrade to vanilla items))

If yes, why can't I build it since I have its design aviable and I have researched needed tech (tech's name: "Deep Space Installation")
Might want to make a mod inspired by this that implements a hero vessel of a cruiser size for each set. Limited to one, can't be in a fleet, and fast. Best used for reinforcing a losing battle.
Then I remembered he has to do a new shipset, the aquatics'.
For bonus, maybe small ships have +% chance to disengage, and some small armor & hull regeneration.
