Hi, what is the range of this weapons?

I've tried TCs a few times in the past, but I always inevitably go through the same loop: Try the TC and love a few aspects, but hate a few others. Try to configure. No configuration available for that. Try to remake the mod myself. Realize the things I don't like are baked in, part of the core programming. Look for mods that change that one thing back to vanilla. I'm really not that smart, but someone out there knows what they're doing. Find one! Sadly, a base game patch broke the compatibility patch, and the guy who worked on that quit modding a year ago. Find a few more really cool mods that are also totally incompatible. Decide to scrap the TC in favor of the 20 different mods that play nicely together.

@CptVodka It's more that Weaponcore at its core is a total conversion that actively removes other mods from your build menu that don't follow its design philosophy. Total Conversion mods are often "my-way-or-the-highway" and that's fine. I typically don't interact with them for that reason, though. I would rather curate my own gameplay.

@Meya or maybe it's just that simple that to be compatible with WC it would mean more work for the WC creator(s), likely creating alternate versions of other peoples mods so they work. They already released their own stuff for free. What more do you expect?

I feel like weapon core ruined a lot of good mods for those seeking super weapons. This is why I do not use WC it can play nice with weapons mods but the creator choose not to allow it.

all the colours in the space battle screenshots reminds me of Yondu's funeral in Guardians of the Galaxy, and I love it!

Any chance I could convince you to tone down the bloom a bit? It's almost blinding on 4k monitors. Personally I love high bloom, but this is a bit brutal.

Right now they don't aim straight. The beam and projectiles are not aligned with the cannon

i had weapon core, figured out my problem.. I was using a moded terminal to control ship and that seemed to be it. used vanilla one and all was good

so it seems to not be working for me, cant shoot when in manual control and they dont auto shoot either. I can only make them fire through control panel + manual control

Do they all have to fire entire burst? Can they not stop firing before shooting all charge?

These Guns, LOOK Awesome in all aspects, though there is an Issue as previously posted, They Fire but NO Damage, and the range of particle effect do not match the indicated range setting.

There is a Mod Called Weaponcore. Usualy with a Version Number 1.6(xx)

i absolutely love these weapons but why has the Pulse turret got only a range of about 500 even when its set to 1000. The shots vanish before they reach the target

Something is wrong with these turrets, most likely the AI because I've already tried out other weapons at one point or another and these do nothing unless manually operated.

It seems that these turrets try to fire at objects that are out of range, resulting in an endless loop of firing. Is there any way you could reduce the range to 1km, or add the ability to adjust it in game?

Game horizons just to be sure i tested them yes they are full energy but you should update their ing ame description as it still writes that it needs ammo while not

I really want to use these guns, but there's just a couple problems. First, they don't seem to hit that hard. For the power cost they really need to do more damage. Second, I don't seem to be able to configure them at all. I can't set range, or tell them what to target, or anything like that. I wasn't even sure if they were actually automated turrets at first. I love the aesthetic and everything else, I just want to be able to control them better.

I see some comments asking for more range. If you do that please make a new post so that way those of us that want to use the base 800m range can still use it.

Without bloom and special effects these weapons look dreadful; think there's any way you'd update their graphics? I get one expects to have post processing on but when thats on and weapons are firing you cannot see a damn thing from all the violent lens flares that mod guns tend to have.

@Game horizons I don't understand. All of these weapons look very pretty, but take immense amounts of energy to do under half the damage of a single, regular, vanilla gatling turret. They don't even tickle things, but require reactors worth of power. I'd love to be able to use these, any chance of making them significantly less unusable?
