Hi KitsuneGari. Beaumaris has 16 apartments in it. The 8 facing the front are two bedroom apartments and the 8 facing the back are 1 bedroom. Hope that helps :)

Nice work mate! Good to see someone else also adding UK social housing to the workshop!!

I wouldn’t worry at all about the tris count. The vanilla assets of the same size are massive.
