This mod is incompatible with the current Paradox game version, but an updated Christmas Combipack edition will be released when ready.

I think it has to do with cheats enabled maps, you can't sell those. The traffic terminal enables cheats so you should press F1 and uncheck the checkboxes for ImmediateMaterials and CheatsEnabled, then save the game, load and it should be possible to sell.

Hello.
I don't know if you're like me, but when I play with this mode, I don't know how to sell my jail, I have repeated it ten times and always the same problem.

Christmas Trees no longer produce presents now. They can only be unpacked if they have any.
To unpack presents in case you've just downloaded this mod, simply open the demo map which has a couple of Christmas Trees with presents ready to be unpacked

Mod update:

Updated the Border Changer (staff),
- Added a tooltip explaining its buttons
- Reorganized the buttons a bit to make the menu shorter
- It now has a Memory option to store tiles in memory. This will be handy if you want to duplicate floor tiles from mods which are not in the standard groups.


- Unpacking of Christmas Tree presents has been enabled!
Each Christmas Tree you've planted might hold up to 6 presents. Click its button to Unpack presents. Presents can be anything the game can spawn. From a simple Door to a SylvesterLottery Mega Jackpot!

You should restart the game after enabling the mod, and also have no other mods loaded which alter room icons.

Mod update:

- Truck drivers spawned at a cargo station can now be sacked without issues, the truck will spawn a new one.
- Jobs created at the Cargo Station Control can now be cancelled, they will be issued again.
- Fixed bug with Prisoner trucks where objects would somehow be loaded into the wrong marker spots on the sprite.

Mod update:

- fixed a walllight not spawning on compact cargo stations when station height is set to Tall
- Cargo Station has a new button to toggle its floor material between the elevated station platform or road tiles with c.u.r.b.

Please note that by changing the floor, the foundation also changes: the elevated platform is indoor with walls, while the road tiles are all outdoor with no foundation.

This will also change the Deployment, which can be handy according to your prison layout.
If you want to create a custom floor, its best to toggle the floor to Road first, so you don't have to break down walls manually which can be a hassle.

This update should give quite a performance boost when constructing huge buildings.
I noticed the default Supply Trucks are spawning way more than I thought even though Fast Deliveries is enabled by the Traffic Terminal. The scripts of those trucks were quite laggy so I removed all obsolete crap which made the game way more responsive at times.

Mod update:

- updated default SupplyTruck script, the game should now respond way better when building massive constructions
- updated terminal to spawn 1 truck/chinook per update cycle instead of all together at once
- removed tooltips on cargo truck to improve performance a bit
- slightly changed platform tiles of cargo stations
- truckdrivers now spawn at correct place of the truck when arriving
- trucks now wait less when arriving at a cargo station which is not theirs

Mod update:

- truck drivers now properly walk back to their truck before leaving, instead of vanishing in mid air.

- added Recycling button to Cargo Sations configured for Exports.
If you want a Recycling room above the station, then this button will toggle the Height and spawn everything required for it. You will only need to mark it as a Recycling Room. Since this mod exports sorted garbage instead of sending it to the garbage area, this button is only available on Exports stations.

Mod update:
- Outdoor Stove can now be toggled with a Stone Fence or IronFloor
- Added Fireplace, a small and a large one. Based on Oak Bookshelf, so it fits well in the Warden's office. Like the Stove, this indoor fireplace will be burning Log and it can settle the needs of prisoners and staff.

- Added socks pointing to the other side
- Added little christmas wreaths on staff doors, Visitor Table (White), Shed
- Added christmas candle on Coffee Table, Superior Table and Visitor Table
- Outdoor Stove Room now also spawns socks and some log
- Logs can get stored beside the stove
- Stove now has some buttons, also to quickly delete itself and its foundation/objects
- A light can emit the stove when active, you have the choice between White and Red
- Selecting a Red light only works with the island DLC

Mod update:

- Added an OutdoorStove Room

This object spawns a 3x4 tiles half-open room with a Stove.
When the Outdoor Stove stove is lit, it warms up the room.
Works with Weather and Temperatures enabled maps.

Tip: use the Border Changer (staff menu) to change the wall tiles if you desire.

- added Outdoor Stove.

This animated oven gets refilled with Log and burns a little cozy warm fire. When lit, it produces some smoke as well.

The stove can be used to settle Freedom, Comfort, Warmth, Spirituality and StaffWarmth/StaffComfort. Up to 3 people can be carolling in front of the stove.

- fixed bug in Cargo Station / Truck when you change the station type while some stack is still on the floor.
- Cargo Stations will now remove deliveries/exports stack when changing the station type.
