If you're going to download this shit, then just get a trainer instead and create the items you want.
I would say that if one thing must be changed it's the drop rate of legendaries, you can play 500hrs without ever seeing one and suddenly get 5 in a week it's way too rando and low
especially considering half of them are crap :/
they often have very high stats requirement making them unusable for people without attributes enchants and then they wont need a legendary anyway (if you just max foc or str you can equip unique weap with more dps earlier even without enchanted armor)
some have idiotic stats like +crit chance on a lv105 claws...very useful for a class that has 100%crit chance after 2 hits or +ranged damage on a mace ><
