How do i put this on demoman?

Is there a why to fix the missing texture under his neck?

How do you put this on the demoman's head? I want to put the head on a demoman suit model for an sfm, how would i do this?

The brown eyes of the Demoman, I think they match the one in the Beach Berd SFM of the eyeball thing (Which I heavily edited in my profile), and I want to make my own eyeball wizard because why not

Essentially, how do I obtain the eyes and leave the head behind. Good work btw.

What do you mean, change his head... This one is done through bodygroups in the model, if you mean 2 eyes or remove the eye patch.

I either used High_morphs or decompiled the HWM from tf_movies. I don't remember which.

Are you modifying demo_morphs_high.dmx file?

is there anyway to make other Tf2 Models into ice :P Becouse iwould really love to have ice models of tf2

That's why they are uploaded to the workshop, for use.. Just remember that the heads are Valve content and must conform to their license for use, ie, can't be marketed, no monetatry gain, yada yada... lol

Hope you don't mind, but I used this model in my War Update Soldier Poses submission. I gave you credit for the model and gave a link to this page in the description and changelog.

The way it is accomplished is by creating an $alpha override on the head and eyes materials of the original model. Because of the eye_refract materials of the eyes, they may not completely diasappear but when you lock the bodyr bones to the bones of the head model and zero it into place, things should be fine. Just remember that it is the head model's face element that you want to select when doing facial animations and eye movements.
