does this work in singleplayer i never play TTT and love hellsing ultimate and alucards pistol so being able to blast an npc at point blank range and kill him in one shot like the anime

I am experienceing the error where, i am not able to find this as a swep on its own in the weapons tab, it also replaced the model for the suicide gun and dear sister weapons, if you could please respond, that would be nice, thank you very much.
