Author, could you add the same possibility for the Arkhan faction (he is also closer to the vampires in terms of lore, and not a tomb kings). The mod is excellent, many blessings and health to you))

@BloodyDove... It is not that difficult to make a mod if you would like to make it yourself. You may even use one of my mods as your base starting place but be sure to change the name so if I update a mod it doesnt do away with your changes. Make sure the heroes you want to recruit are tied to a building on the ship, then add the lines making them available to your coast admirals once that building is built.

Oh, and be sure to change the name by adding an "a" at the end of the name to make a unique copy so if I make changes it does not over write in updating

I considered adding Morgunal Haunter at one time and did on my own, but the truth is, this mod already pushes the boundaries in balancing even with the horde growth for the coast captains/admirals scaled back. The simple seeming difference of providing vampire Counts with ranged units and armies which can recruit in normal recruit times while out and about is as far as I was willing to go. If you would like to do so on your own, use PFM, open the mod, and add in the lines for the Coast Agents. Use my movement mod to find the agents.

I managed to refresh my modlist, and got this to work. I'm assuming it might've been a mod that effects horde growth, but I have no answer nor did the manager so I have no idea what it could've been.

@Count Alexander Conflict detection for Kaedrin is on the menu bar select option and about half way down is Bypass Conflict detection (Beta). Make sure there is no check mark in front of it, exit Kaedrin's, open again, and conflicts should be the second column in the main window.

If you do decide to make a list of mods, use the Conflicts Discussion I have added to this mod's discussions so you dont have a character limit to reply/

@HazardHawk I tried using Kaedrin's Launcher but I can't find the conflict button and I'm not sure if it's running as intended. Anyway I gave up on that launcher and tried running your mod only - no issues there so I must have a conflict somewhere. Can't name all the mods I usually run as I have a shitload ^^'

Still trying to figure out where I left it since last time I played with that manager I couldn't find the resolve conflict bit anywhere. I just ended up using the Dogs of War mod that lets you recruit anyone for any faction. Won't have the buildings but all the units from the vampire coast are available.

I just did a play through last week using *I think* 83 or 87 loaded mods and all was fine. You can easily open with Pack File Manager and see what it changes. Just a simple mod.

Ahhhhh ok I don't have any other mod launcher haven't found one with conflict detection thank you so much for pointing me in the right direction

@Fengxian0830 that is a conflicting mod somewhere. If using Kaedrin's Launcher, enable conflict detection from the menu bar and see what is over lapping.

@fade7777 no as it does not include Coast agents or the mechanic choice in selecting action after winning against a city. The only thing it allows is horde captains who can recruit Coast units basically giving the Counts ranged weapons among the other units.

One thing that might be really cool for this would be to unlock these lords the same way bloodline lords are unlocked.

Encampment didn't show up, although i have many mods so there is no telling. Im just glad I got it to work acceptably, awesome mod brother.

@Kinslayer, there should be a wagon wheel above the vampire count fleet admirals recruited. When selected, there should be two white emblems top left of army units bar with one for army and one for ship. Click the ship emblem to go to the horde mode to build buildings.

IF it is not there, you have another mod interfering

It should not have needed an update. However, I am in bed just checking notifications and after home health aid tomorrow will come check it to make sure. The other mods requiring updates have been updated. If all it is is that it is reporting needs an update I will do a copy over to refresh the date.

@jjjjjj that mod also offered a script at the beginning of the game where you could destroy those factions and immediately recruit those Legendary Lords. I cannot speak for the modder who made that mod and if their attempt was to create a nagash subsection they never followed through.

This link is to the Pack File Manager. Also, anyone getting serious about even running mods needs to be using Kaedrin's Total War Mod Manager. Once both are installed and associated, using Kaedrin, open the mod in question with PFM and it is not difficult to follow what is written to add Arkhan in if you wish for yourself or you and your friends

It really is as simple as adding him to the appropriate list but adding in Tomb Kings UNITS is an altogether different story.

Started with a clean load order and got it working. This mod is bomb! Can you make a similar mod for recruiting Norsca and Beastmen as Chaos?

@Inardesco currently I am making pieces for counts, testing them singly and then together. Coast has to be handled completely differently so I am hoping in doing the counts I will be inspired to decide what I need to do for the coasts.

Love the idea for Vcounts to use their seaworthy brethren for combat. Any chance that their seaworthy brethren in the Vcoast can also use their land-dwelling brethen? Considering the Vcounts are more prone to getting wiped out by the AI than vice-versa?

@HazardHawk I understand, both of those mods are in my load order. So in theory I should be able to recruit Harkon or Noctilus as Vlad after defeating their respective factions?

@The Worst, those are their own mods. They do work side by side loaded in proper native by name order. I use the Recruit defeated legendary Lords at the link below and also Dresden's Diplomacy mod for confederations.

Legendary Confederations does what you want from the beginning rather than waiting to confederate each as you are allowed

Mods which I am restoring or taking pieces from which are abandoned are one thing. I do not use parts of active mods in my mods and restorations without the creator's permission especially when I can simply make those mods and mine work together.

After some testing I found there's no option to confederate the vampire coast factions after defeating them, and the LL don't appear for recruitment. :(

@The Worst it is designed to work with Recruit Defeated Legendary heroes and you have to wait for those to be defeated to recruit them. I do have the old version which has a script that allows them instantly after turn one, but it is in Korean halfway still. Being half one language and half another it doesnt fully function which is why the modder abandoned it most likely.

You are a hero. I really missed the mod you`re writing about in the description.
It gave you the option to recruit all Vampirate LLs right away and Arkhan the Black. It was really amazing.
Kick Arkhan out, but will we be able to recruit Cylostra, Noctilus and Luthor? Maybe after defeating them?

I've been checking the workshop almost everyday just hoping for a mod like this. I want to unite the undead you know. Can't wait for the larger overhaul mod!
