Not a very good character in battle but there's an abundantly clear amount of passion put into it, which very much makes up for it. I might get my ass kicked online if I every play as him but at least I get to listen to funny vincent noises lol. Also I think this character encourages me to wavedash more just because of how hilarious it sounds. Good mod/10 :)

So I love this version so much, my only note is that you can spam down special to infinity, by this I mean you can gain height indefinitely by spamming down special which is really weird; there are two ways I think can fix this, either you can make down special gain height only once in the air requiring the player to land on the ground to gain height on down special, or make it so down special can only be used once in the air; another thing to note is that the hud could look a little better, like in rivals the huds usually just use the base sprite of a character and I think vinny should be the same though i like the scoot next to him. Aside from that I love everything about this vinny, great job on the revamp he's super cool now

would be nice to have an option to disable voice lines at the start of the match just because pizza man is Loud

I think making down special longer if it's held down would be cool, differentiating more between the different versions of down and neutral special would be cool, maybe have the pizza last longer, add more gravity to down special, maybe bring back the brain cell charge and have it add another move to the specials, up special could become the original etc
Honestly would just be cool to see some more references to other Vinny stuff, strange rope hero, maybe a corruption attack, and the intro. But aside from me just listing stuff I want, this is great
