The submitter is planning to put these additional weapons in that map in the future. I'm not going to change the map.

If I may make a suggestion for the Hivehand, I'd have it placed at the entrance of the supply depot by the Grunt corpses (which, IMO, would make a bit more sense than for Hunter to have a potential biohazardous organism stored unsecured in his prized collection).

There used to be one there a long time ago in previous versions of BM, but was removed for unknown reasons.

Yes. The Tau Cannon and Hivehand can be seen in the Supply Depot in HL1. Unfortunately, they can't be seen in Black Mesa.
