thx for the mod, karl franz also holding an invisible hammer when he is in foot for me. I use lots of mods, only conflict I see is with imperial navy

Update! Nevermind, I figured it out. I didn't realize I also needed the base Valten mod installed as well. I thought this was the SFO compatible version of the mod, but now I know XD

I've been having trouble with this mod not working. For some reason when I attempt to start the game with this mod active the game either shuts down after a few seconds, or more often stays stuck on the title screen before the intro cinematic. I've disabled every mod except for SFO itself and of course this one and it still happens, so the issue isn't that its conflicting with something, unless that something is SFO itself. Is there a patch I need to download for this to work?

is it fine to just use this with valten not the karl change and have it work fine?

This mod is working correctly now for all Franz models ACCEPT when he is on foot. On foot is still bugged, with Franz still in the animation for holding a hammer, but with no weapon visible. Both battles and campaigns.

Confirmed: Sigmar's Heirs bugging out the hammer texture and animation for this mod in battles. This SFO version and vanilla versions affected.

Recently found the animation and sword are gone, instead Franz has arms up holding an invisible hammer.

Using Sigmar's Heirs + Swords of the Empire, likely candidates for conflict. Will test if author has interest in upating?

I found that it seems to be incompatible with Sigma's successor mod, I added this mod will appear without the hand holding the sword of Karl.

same as you Triumph, I have this issue and I don't know why. Karl has a correct animation on campaign but the wrong one in battle. I thought it was a major issue but it seems it is only that... don't affect the game, the sword is appearing but buggy and floating around Karl while he is in the position like he has his hammer.

Hello! On the campaign map I see the runefang but on the battlefield karl wields an "invisible" warhammer. Is it just me or this is happening to more people?

Love this mod (Emperor should use gentle weapons e.g. sword rather than harmmer)
But If i dont use SFO and only load this mod and the Valten mod would there any problems?
(In case i dont play SFO)

this, or the original needs an update. karl franz holds his hands as if he was holding gal maraz but doesnt, meanwhile the runefang sword stays on his hip. therefore the animation got fucked up

Nothing happens. Franz' change is cosmetic only and it can't be changed so if you only use Valten with hammers (which is pointless to do tbh), you'll never see Ghal Maraz model in game.

@Ploopinator I'm pretty sure that there's nothing in the code that even remotely relates to confederations. One won't affect the other. It's probably something else causing you this problem.

Pretty sure this mod break confederations. once valten spawns I get no more scripted events for any of the other elector counts

You need the original Valten Mod, wich is listed as a requirement.
