I guess, but Khamsin just has tentacle-like wires instead of a lower body, so that kind of reminded me of the Smoker.
Also, I think someone made a Hot Wind Blowing replacement for the Tank theme.

hot wind bowing seems like it would work much better as a tank theme since khamsin basically is a mecha tank, that and the tank would last long enough to get through more of the song
