something that could be better is if anna could be inside instead of outside because she never goes inside and thats kind of weird if you marry her

I'm having an issue with Anna freezing in place and not moving at all when acting as a follower. Uusally a zone transition will unfreeze her & she'll turn up beside me, but not always. Haven't seen this with any of the stock followers so I'm wondering if it might be a bug in her scripting.

Also, does her spell usage level up or does she always have the same range of spells?

Great mod. Love the ring. I will stay there when my character is traveling alone. But when she's with Brynjolf, her spouce, she won't stay there. He stands outside in the snow. LOL

DAMN! I was hoping for a graybeard follower! someone who is a thu'um master along side the dragonborn! Im surprised no one has made one yet though.

You could house a follower, but you would have to use the console to move them inside the house. It's not difficult, but you'd have to use the console to get them out too.

She's pretty much a standard follower but specializing in magic, so I'm sure she can use a bow, but not that she will want to. Try it out if ya wanna know ;)

OK. I had equiped her with some looted heavy armour to make her a tad more survivable. I'll leave her hands free then so she can make the most of her spells. Can she shoot?

I agree, and it's much cosier than the huge stone Hight Hrothgar itself right?

Anna is mostly a mage class IIRC, haven't experimented with giving different weapons, she usually just likes to blow things up.

I like this. Could be explained with the idea that it got built as a place for pilgrims to shelter before they begin the trek back down. What skills & spells does Anna have? I see she doesn't equip any weapon larger then the dagger she spawns with.

You can get "a little experience" in a few minutes. It's what I did, and there are gobs of tutorials out there for NPC's. You can edit mine, all you do is check the box for "High Hrothgar House" in the "data" area of Creation Kit.

It's not illegal unless you sell it or something, in any case I give full rights to modding it however you want.

would it be something someone with little experience could do? and also would it be possible to eedit yours as i like it alot but dont want to do anything illegal or against your own guidelines idk how you feel about your mods being edited but ive also never done it d: please add me on steam

Making very generic, brain dead npc's as you described isn't very difficult. The thing is, I don't want lifeless folks that I don't trust standing around my house all the time.

Seems suspicious to me :O

Anyway, you can easily download Creation Kit and figure out how to make as many NPC's as you want with the multitude of tutorials everywhere. Unfortunately school's started back up and I don't really have much time for modding, so don't hold your breath for an update.

I meant, as in could you Add npc's to the actual house within the mod, or add another version WITH npc;s? i am a huge fan of having npc's around my homes, they dont have to even do anything, just like having them purely for immersion, and to simply not feel so lonely d: if its a hassle (n o idea how hard npc's are to add ) then dont worry about it but it is something i Would LOVE to see in this great mod :)

Added as in "me making more" or as in moving them into the house? To move other NPC's in you will most likely need one of the other mods that allows that, and there may or may not be issues with them finding their way around depending on load order and other variables.

Okay, sounds good. I'll also improve the lighting, since it's pretty unrealistic. The problem with NPC's going into the house is with Navmesh. I can generate for inside the house pretty easily, but outside is a problem, and I have yet to find a clear tutorial on how to navmesh small areas outside. Anyway, I'll get around to it :)

@anthonykarli - What did you have in mind? This being my first mod, I'm sure there's plenty I could do, but frankly I'm also doing a lot of other stuff too, being involved in at least two or three other mods at the moment. So, maybe I will. Suggestions would be nice too.

Yeah, the Thieves Guild was better in Oblivion too. You got to steal an Elder Scroll from the center of the Imperial City! What do you get in Skyrim? A bunch of hoodlums in a sewer.

Actually, I have learned some basic navmeshing recently, and I could update this mod if I got enough responses. I could improve the lighting inside as well, I just haven't gotten around to it with all the other stuff on my plate.

Navmeshing is quite easy, you can even let the game do it automatically for you if you are having some difficulty

Thanks coldfoxxjoe! I use AFT, which I don't think has that feature, but I use the console instead to the same extent. I can't imagine how much worse Skyrim must be on Xbox without console commands... *shudders*

small solution for the follower thing i found a mod for multiple followers light and it gives you a power to summon those who are following you just summon them once inside :)

kc7lzk - This is unfortunately a common issue with locations made in mods. I think the problem may be that the house is after the follower's files and they do not recognize it as a location, or it doesn't have the navmeshing that it needs. I really should get around to learning navmeshing, and I'll see about updating it in the future. Thanks for the feedback, now I know that it wasn't just me having this issue!

You do have a point I'm far from a lore monger type I would probably even get it If I did not have Sjel Blad Castle which is a bit down from yours and Thunderchild mod that adds a Dragonborn quarters to High Horthrar. I want to try a few thing on the CK doing it atm actually just lol wow it is scary.

IDK about all the location nitpicking; with all the dragons and magicka I think a wooden house isn't exactly the least realistic thing in the game ;)

It should at least be made of stone, I mean there is not enough trees in the area to explain how that could be built. A room inside with the greybeards would have been better and easier, kind of think of it I haave a mod that adds a living area for the player inside. A for effort though lol braver than me CK scares me so far.
