@Balls to the wall I have that very same glitch where the fast zombie is blue. Did you subscribe to any recent addons made by other users? Like maps or content packs for RP

For some reason, the headcrab is not textured like the Half-Life Alyx one. But its fine for the headcrab itself and the zombie torso.

you do realize that this pack does not contain the headcrab texture.
so all you have to do is installed that pack then this pack
and the textures side work on this model ok

for some weird reason, it only works for the fast crawlers, not the actual zombie, I dont know if it's just me or if anyone else is having this problem

And In my opinion Fast Zombies aren't too hard for Vr it's just the Movement in Half life Alyx id Too slow for them so yeah hopefully they will Be in the Next game.
