I hadn't thought about this schematic in quite a while, I've learned lots since then. Based on your comments/request, I'm re-designing this in the same style as my Ultra Compact Airbase which will use poly-based turning of reconstructors to allow the variable flow, and then an external cryo production (like my Cryo Power Pack) will need to be attached in.

The water creeping into the cryofluid supply lines was happening when build orders gave the water extractors access to the pipes before cryofluid was produced. Auto-drains have been added to siphon off water if it gets into the lines. The T4/T5 issue was likely based on lack of ore or cryo, I've been unable to reproduce the error. Should be fixed with the cryo fix, if you see it again and can isolate the cause I can fix it.

There appears to be two bugs. The T4 won't move to the T5 factory and also water somehow go into the T4 factory by the T4/T5 factories.
