Here's a model of Sticks the Badger you could try porting, unless you want to use Nibroc.Rock's model. Either way, I STILL want Sticks in SFM! Because I try to port her XNALARA model myself, and I cut corners, by not replacing the armature in Blender to conform with the format, nor do I size her properly. In short, porting models over is not for me!

The "Hero" pack isn't mine, it's Apoc Hedgie's, and she's not really related to any of the Team Rose members in any way. So "Others" she'll stay.

With the conclusion of the packs, I will likey make a Forgotten Pack, a Dead Guys pack, and a Reject Pack using Nibroc's models.

We've tweaked the models a bit too much for the animations to work as-is, we'd need to make a new version using the original bone structures. That, and an HKX animation importer that doesn't turn the models into meatballs on the first import.

It's not impossible, it'd just take a while to prepare. And also not planned at this current time.

By the way, I have one silly question. Do you currently have plans about ripping the Sonic Generations animations and fit them for Source like you (and Apoc) did with the meshes? I have actually seen a tutorial on ripping the animations, but... I don't own the full version of Sonic Generations on computer, so I can't really do that a lot myself...

Yes, I know about those. But they are not rigged. I am not good at rigging models manually -- almost everything I've ported has had the original game's rigging.

Although I have some progress with modifying SA-55's model from Unleashed into Orbot [img.photobucket.com] and Cubot [img.photobucket.com], it's not even close to being finished as I still need to model new joints for 'em -- they're not the same as SA-55's.

And finally, I might modify my Chao model to make the basic Hero/Dark Chao sometime later. I can use the trophy models in Generations as reference material, but it's not planned to be done anytime soon.

Orbot (mostly) and Cubot, Sonic Boom anything, Vanilla, "Neo" Metal Sonic and Gerald Robotnik (never appears in-game, only in the FMVs), Shade, the Sega and StH logos, the Deadly Six, Link Sonic are all not possible without custom modelling. Biolizard, Maria, Chaos 0, Tikal and Black Doom, because they're from older games they would stick out too much compared to the other Sonic Generations models. Besides, some of them have been ported already in some form.

...also master emerald, broken emerald, chaos 0, sonic boom, vanilla, sonic sim hedgies and what else... metal sonic from heroes, shade, tikal, black doom, sega logo, sth (1991) logo with a modern look to it and I think thats it! :)

Can you do jet and his gang along with orbot, cubot, froggy, some guys from sonic unleashed like prof. pickle, biolizard, maria, prof. robotnik, sa2 versions of everyone, some chao from the game, kirby sonic and black knight version of everyone? It would be also cool if you can get the deadly six and link sonic (I understand if you can't get them) ^and thats a long list!

I'll go upload a fix right away, but if you wanna fix it yourself before then, go to common/SourceFilmmaker/game/workshop/materials/models/rtbmodels/sonic/amy, delete the eyeball_l.vmt, copy eyeball_r.vmt over and rename that copy to eyeball_l.vmt.

Just thought I'd bring this up. The left eye on Amy's model is broken. The white of the eye is lighter than the other, the pupil can't be moved and the AO doesn't work on it.
