The .xml belongs into the MoveItExports folder, found at this path: \AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\MoveItExports
Put it in there and then import it via the in-game Move It Menu.

Großen Respekt für deine Arbeit. Die Gebäude sehe wirklich top aus. Fange jetzt an Ha-Neu zu bauen. Dürfte ich noch fragen, welche Gebäude noch in Planung sind?

I already planned on doing a different color scheme as an elementary, so you can look out for it probably next week!

great asset! could you also upload it as an elementary school? some countries combine preschool/kindergarten with elementary schools.
