To be fair I doubt Dan has seen this. But even if they did, they tend to be okay with this kind of things as you can easily recreate most skins in the custom color editor that is officially in game. Heck, Dan even promoted a workshop mod that recreates the skins and spray feature from the skins that you could only get if you bought every single DLC before the Definitive Edition.
